1. Bookings and Cancellations**
Individual Sessions:** Individuals may cancel their bookings at any time without penalty by providing notice to us.
-School Bookings:** Schools are required to provide at least two weeks' notice for cancellations. If a school cancels a booking with less than two weeks' notice, a cancellation fee of £100 will be invoiced to cover costs incurred (e.g., hotels, transport, and other commitments).
2. School Session Requirements**
-Supervision: At least one teacher must be present during each masterclass session.
Suitability Assessment:** Schools will be provided with the masterclass schedule, including video games and activities, in advance. Schools are responsible for assessing the suitability of these materials for their students. By approving the booking, the school releases MENTFITTZ from any liability related to the suitability of the materials.
- **Equipment:** Unless otherwise confirmed by MENTFITTZ, the school must provide at least five laptops or desktops for use during the masterclass session.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices Full invoices for school bookings must be settled within 14 days from the date of the masterclass booking.
4. Liability
- **Participation:** Participation in our sessions, including exercise drills, physical activities, and mindfulness-based video games, is at the participant's own risk. MENTFITTZ is not liable for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from participation.
