Suitable for kids age 11 and over, Unite highlights the importance of being kind, having respect for others regardless of colour, culture or religious beliefs.

  . Light exercise drills such as jogging on the spot

  . Focus pad/ or non contact basic boxing drills

  . Mindfulness exercises

  . Mindfulness and healthy video game competitions

 . Mindfulness word search activities

prices :   1 session, class up to 30 students providing hall size permits, £200 plus reasonable travel expenses from Southampton- discounts available for multi session bookings same day
